Roughin It Indoors!?

We had an indoor camp out last night in the basement. We set up a tent and filled it with mattresses, blankets and pillows. I'm telling you this is the way to camp. It was so much fun! We stayed up late, watched Ratatouille and ate lots of junk food. Don't worry mom, we had a healthy dinner first ;-) I love spending time with my boys! Now we're ready for the real thing. Come on warm weather!

That's so cute. Jerry and Luke camped outside last night in our pop up. They also had a blast. I was up feeding babies all not (not a blast).

I love your blog Arah! What a good idea with camping-in! We'll have to try that someday. We've talked of doing mini campouts with the kids in the backyard, but sound carries too easily in our quiet neighborhood and we also don't have a tent yet - that puts a little dent in the plans ;).

Do you think a 9 man tent will fit in the basement? That is my kind of camping, TV, heat, inside bathroom. Invite me on your next camp in!

I love camping indoors with the kids. So much fun. Although there is nothing like a campfire.

Mom wanted to comment, but I didn't want to sign out so she'll comment later! : )

I miss talking on the phone but I'm so glad I can catch up on your blog! That's my kind of campout!

We have family slumber parties, we pull out all of the blankets, eat lots of junk, watch movies, play games and then when the kids fall asleep Mom sneaks off to her fluffy king size bed! HEHE!

So fun, I love that your tent fits in your house. Give that kid a squeeze for me.
