We went fishing with our friends at these little ponds in South Jordon right off the trail. Steve and Gavin even caught a couple of fish before it started pouring rain. We threw them back of course because they were pretty tiny and I can't really handle being party to murdering a fish. But Gavin was pretty disappointed because he wanted to take the fish home and cook it. YUCK!
Gavin got a new soccer ball but we couldn't even play outside because of the yucky weather. So we had to get creative and turned our basement into a soccer field. So despite the weather and not being able to leave town we had a great time just being together as a family.

Sounds like you had a good weekend...despite the yucky weather! I love the bike trailer! So cool!
Sounds like a great day! We just hung out too and it was so nice and relaxing. I bet your lesson was amazing!
Looks like fun. It is kinda nice to stay close to home. I wish the weather would of been a little nicer, maybe someday it will be warm.
What a cute family. You can't beat a day close to home with family!!
That hook-n bike is such a great idea. Do you think they make one in adult size? Jim doesn't like that idea. Why not?
It sounds like a great day. It's so great the way you all appreciate and enjoy life.
I love the picture on the bikes. Such a cute family. Sounds like you had a great weekend despite that nasty weather.
Can't believe we tried to fish in that weather. The things we do for kids and husbands. It was fun, lets do again on a sunny day.
Glad you had a nice weekend. That trailer bike looks cool. Josh and I had our own bbq after the kids went to bed. It was so nice and relaxing, and I actually got to eat at a decent pace.
Look at you getting in shape, nice purchase!
